Yema

Yema was founded in 1948 in Besançon, France, by Henry-Louis Belmont, and by the 1960s and 70s had grown into France's largest watch manufacturer, producing over two million watches a year at its peak. Today it's run by the Bôle family from its Morteau manufacture, building genuine in-house calibers alongside reissues of its historic dive, motorsport, and space-flight references.

France's most historically significant independent watchmaker — the Superman dive watch (1967), the Rallygraf motorsport chronograph, and a real in-house manufacture in Morteau — spanning accessible quartz references to genuine mechanical calibers.
